Membership (Founder / Wave 2 / Standard) — cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period.
One-time downloads are covered by a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. You do not need to justify the request — email us with your order number and we'll process it.
Because these are instant downloads, we ask that you stop using the material once refunded.
Membership is billed monthly (or on your chosen interval) through the checkout provider shown at purchase — currently Gumroad.
Email shellyperkins.digital@gmail.com with your order number and the email you purchased under. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
Purchases made through Gumroad can also be refunded directly from your Gumroad receipt.
If you're in Australia, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — including a right to a refund for a major failure. This policy is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
